Declaration of identity

When a property or land parcel is sold or transferred, your solicitor may require a Declaration Of Identity to conform that the site boundaries are accurate and correspond with those presented on the land registry map associated with the property.

Coupled with this, the declaration will confirm (Or Otherwise), that the services associated with the property are all contained within the site boundaries and that no easements will be required to enjoy the services.

For the purpose of issuing a declaration of identity, the original land registry map must be made available and a site visit will be required.
